I recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the night staff at the front desk, especially the lady who was working during my stay. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She handled everything with patience and kindness, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. She even took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and top-notch service these days, but she truly made my stay a great experience. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares about their guests, this is it! I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again to the amazing night desk clerk for your outstanding service!

The two ladies at the front desk were polite and helped us check in, Tanya and Jasmine has really nice, polite customer service and as my friend and I were not from the area, they helped with recommendations on where to go that was walking distance. There were also 2 other ladies who were very nice. I believe one was called Isabel. Everyone was very helpful when we checked out as we had a few hours to spend before getting a train and looked after our luggage as we went out for something to eat.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us attending both Disneyland & Star Wars Celebration. You will need a car to get to this hotel but the area is nice and mostly quite set between a large movie theater, and restaurants. This hotel worked great for us as it had a large fridge and an area for us to prepare our snacks and meals. Laundry services were very convenient after a long day at Disney.
