The staff were friendly and very helpful. The two ladies at the front desk were polite and helped us check in, Tanya and Jasmine has really nice, polite customer service and as my friend and I were not from the area, they helped with recommendations on where to go that was walking distance. There were also 2 other ladies who were very nice. I believe one was called Isabel. Everyone was very helpful when we checked out as we had a few hours to spend before getting a train and looked after our luggage as we went out for something to eat.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us attending both Disneyland & Star Wars Celebration. You will need a car to get to this hotel but the area is nice and mostly quite set between a large movie theater, and restaurants. This hotel worked great for us as it had a large fridge and an area for us to prepare our snacks and meals. Laundry services were very convenient after a long day at Disney.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was a great size, the location was very quiet we were able to rest well. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we were aware of amenities. They joked with us and it was appreciated the friendliness.

It's in the perfect location. Close proximity to a Movie Theater and Various restaurants. The Hotel is also close to the freeways in any direction. But, most of all have an amazing staff from the Manager Kyle, FD staffs, Andrew, Cynthia and Jasmine.
